2. TOUR PRICE
All tour prices are quoted in US$ and Euro.
All tour prices do not include airport Departure tax Myanmar, Visa
fees and personal expenses.
3. AIRPORT TAX
All passengers departing Myanmar on International flight will need
to pay a Departure tax, US$ 10 per person.
4. DOMESTIC AIRLINES AND FLIGHT
Air Mandalay, Yangon Airways and Air Bagan are private airlines
flying throughout Myanmar. There is a 20 Kilo limit for baggage per
person and excess baggage fees may be charged.

 5. PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Advance payment of 50 % is compulsorily required to be made on
acceptance of the quotation and confirmation.
Payment can be made by telegraphic transfer to Myanma Investment
and Commercial Bank (MICB)

6. CANCELLATION
Cancellation charges are calculated from the day written
notification is received. Cancellation fees are as follows;

30 % on Tour Price |
| Less than 7 Days prior to arrival |
50 % on Tour Price |
7. DISCOUNT
Every 16th member of a group will be complimentary on half twin
basis subject to a maximum limit of two members.
8. CHILD DISCOUNT
One child under 12 years is generally granted a reduction of 50% of
the tour price, provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two
full paying adults and stays in the same room in an existing bed.
Please check before proceeding with any reservations.
9. REFUNDS
After commencement of travel, no refund either in full or in part,
will be given for unused services included in the program.
10. RESPONSIBILITY
Yangon Tour, Travels Services acts only as an agent for the person
or companies providing accommodation, transportation and other
services; hereinafter called " Service Providers " Yangon Tour Co.,
Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants or agents
assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, accidents,
damage, loss or delay to person or property. Additional expenses of
inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any service provider or
by "force majeure" or other events beyond our control, including, but
not limited to War, Civil disturbance, accidents, pilferage, delays,
severe Weather, Acts of God or Acts of Government, Failure of
machinery equipment, vehicles or industrial disputes. However, Yangon
Tour, Travel Services will always makes full endeavor to comply with
the original tour programmers and arrangements.
